Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency documentation processes
- Utilize VA systems for case management and reporting
- Provide responsive support to veteran inquiries
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (VA, HIPAA)
- Train junior staff on administrative protocols
- Analyze data to optimize service delivery
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBA, VISTA)
- Security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office certification
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
