Responsibilities
- Manage veteran records and case files with 100% accuracy
- Process benefit applications and claims in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate with medical and support teams to address veteran needs
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership review
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and their families
- Maintain confidential information according to HIPAA and federal guidelines

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal roles)
