Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage confidential records and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve beneficiary inquiries
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data integrity
- Assist in training new staff on administrative procedures
- Generate weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with federal recordkeeping systems preferred
