Responsibilities
- Process federal personnel actions and maintain secure HR documentation systems
- Coordinate administrative workflows for high-priority defense projects
- Manage travel authorizations and expense reports in compliance with federal regulations
- Support security clearance protocols and documentation requirements
- Communicate with government stakeholders across multiple agencies
- Utilize federal IT systems (e.g., DEIS, HRConnect) for data management
- Prepare official correspondence and reports under FOIA guidelines
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal HR databases
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement and travel regulations (FTR/FAR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
