Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-departmental communications via VA systems
- Manage scheduling and logistics for veteran outreach events
- Prepare confidential correspondence and official documentation
- Analyze data trends to improve service delivery efficiency
- Train new staff on federal compliance protocols
- Support veterans with in-person and virtual inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with database management (e.g., VA VISTA)
- US citizenship required
