Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence and incoming communications for federal agencies with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA/GDPR), and internal office protocols.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of complex procurement documents, travel vouchers, and reports.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of sensitive information.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for federal personnel and visiting officials.
- Perform data entry and analysis using government-specific software and databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field within a government or corporate setting.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust Clearance (or equivalent government security clearance).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government case management systems (e.g., JADE, PCOR, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
