Responsibilities
- Process and verify veteran benefit claims with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners
- Maintain confidential veteran records per federal regulations
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support outreach events for veteran services
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy laws (HIPAA/FERPA)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Experience with federal forms (SF-50, DD-214)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs preferred
- Ability to pass background check
