Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, records management, and correspondence
- Support compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Assist veterans and their families with benefit inquiries and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize VA systems for data entry and case management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for veteran services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
