Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official federal records and documentation systems
- Provide administrative support to department heads and veteran services teams
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff
- Process financial transactions and expense reports using federal accounting systems
- Communicate with veterans, stakeholders, and interagency partners
- Utilize VA-specific software for data entry and report generation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
