Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and organize sensitive federal documents, reports, and correspondence with strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance protocols.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements for government officials, and maintaining complex calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in federal databases and case management systems.
- Facilitate communication between federal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct research on regulatory updates and prepare briefing materials for senior management.
- Support the onboarding process for new federal personnel and assist with office logistics and supplies.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced environment.
