Responsibilities
- Document Management: Process, verify, and maintain accurate federal documentation and records in compliance with strict regulations.
- Agency Support: Assist federal officers and agency personnel with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Data Integrity: Perform high-volume data entry and maintain databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compliance: Ensure all office procedures adhere to federal guidelines and internal quality assurance standards.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or government support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal government procedures, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
