- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in benefits administration or federal programs
- Proficiency with federal regulations (VA, OPM, and CMS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HRMAX, SAP)
- US Citizenship required
