Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Provide expert guidance to veterans and their families on federal benefits programs
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex case reviews and appeals
- Maintain meticulous documentation in federal compliance systems
- Conduct outreach programs to educate veterans about available benefits
- Analyze trends in benefit utilization to improve service delivery
- Mentor junior staff on federal regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in benefits administration or federal programs
- Proficient in federal compliance systems (e.g., VBA, VBMS)
- VA-accredited claims agent certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check required
