Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP and FERS
- Process retirement applications with 98% accuracy
- Conduct benefits enrollment sessions for 200+ employees/month
- Develop educational materials on pension optimization
- Collaborate with OPM on policy implementation
- Manage caseload of 150+ active benefit accounts
- Present quarterly benefits briefings to agency leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years federal benefits administration experience
- Current Federal Benefits Certification (FBC) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of TSP/FERS regulations
- Proficiency in BENEFITS software system
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
