- Ensure compliance with the Anti-Deficiency Act and federal financial management laws
- Collaborate with program managers to allocate resources efficiently
- Present budget analyses to senior leadership and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal budget or financial analysis experience
- Proficiency with federal budget systems (e.g., MAX, Deltek)
- Expert knowledge of OMB Circular A-11 and GAO standards
- Advanced analytical skills with complex financial data
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level presentations
- U.S. citizenship required
