Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal case files with strict adherence to compliance regulations and security protocols.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews with clients to assess needs and update case management systems accurately.
- Prepare and review documentation for federal submissions, ensuring 100% accuracy before submission.
- Maintain regular communication with federal stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Track progress on assigned cases and provide weekly status reports to senior management.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members regarding federal procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in government contracting, case management, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and maintain eligibility for federal work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and case management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
