- Review and process veteran disability claims with 99.7% accuracy
- Analyze medical records and legal documentation to determine benefit eligibility
- Communicate with veterans and their families regarding claim status and requirements
- Collaborate with medical examiners and legal counsel to resolve complex cases
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Train junior staff on claims processing procedures and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in claims processing or federal benefits
