Responsibilities
- Analyze federal laws and regulations (FAR, DFARS) to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments on federal contracts to identify potential non-compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to stakeholders and federal oversight bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all regulatory changes and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation for federal site visits and external audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contract management or compliance.
- Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Associate’s degree in Business, Government, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and technical documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
