Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute mail/packages according to USPS standards
- Deliver mail/residential and commercial addresses in all weather conditions
- Collect outgoing mail from designated collection points
- Operate mail processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and USPS operational procedures
- Assist with mailroom operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management
