Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) for defense contracting compliance
- Conduct risk assessments for procurement processes and vendor relationships
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and oversight agencies
- Coordinate with legal teams to resolve regulatory violations
- Develop and maintain compliance training materials for department staff
- Monitor industry changes and update internal policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience with defense contracts
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage and FPDS-NG systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
