Responsibilities
- Enforce federal compliance regulations across transportation and border security sectors
- Conduct comprehensive audits of commercial facilities and transportation networks
- Investigate potential security breaches and regulatory violations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Coordinate with state/local authorities on joint security initiatives
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for federal contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal regulatory compliance
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- U.S. citizenship required
