Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits for federal programs and operations
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance frameworks across agency departments

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to federal statutes (FAR, DFARS)
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and congressional oversight
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitor emerging legislation and adjust compliance protocols accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, 48 CFR)
- Professional certification (CCEP, CFCM, or similar) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in compliance management software
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
- Strong written communication for policy documentation
