- Train staff on compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Prepare reports for federal oversight agencies (OIG, GAO)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal/state/local compliance experience
- VA or federal healthcare compliance certification preferred
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (CFR, HIPAA, 38 CFR)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
