Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of security protocols and federal compliance frameworks
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions

- Train personnel on federal regulations and security procedures
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional oversight
- Monitor emerging regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or security experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience with audit methodologies (e.g., ISO 27001)
- Ability to obtain DHS suitability clearance
