Responsibilities
- Monitor federal program compliance with 45 CFR Part 46 and HIPAA regulations
- Conduct remote audits of grantee documentation and clinical protocols
- Develop corrective action plans for non-compliance findings
- Coordinate with state/local health departments in Wisconsin
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for OMB review
- Train investigators on federal research ethics standards
- Manage electronic compliance tracking systems (e.g., IRBManager)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or audit experience
- Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance software
- Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong written communication for regulatory documentation
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance
