- Oversee policy implementation and compliance monitoring frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and manage stakeholder engagement processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in homeland security or emergency management frameworks
- Proficiency with federal budgeting and regulatory processes
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with legislative drafting and stakeholder negotiations
