Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and administrative documents with precision
- Provide in-person and telephonic customer support during weekend hours
- Maintain accurate records in government databases and systems
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and protocols
- Assist with public events and outreach activities on weekends
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or administrative roles
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Tennessee driver's license (if required for field duties)
