Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend compliance audits of federal facilities in Detroit metropolitan area
- Enforce DHS security protocols and regulatory standards during off-peak hours
- Prepare detailed incident reports and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with federal partners and local law enforcement during weekend operations
- Maintain security systems and access controls for weekend personnel
- Respond to emergency security protocols during assigned shifts
- Train weekend staff on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 2 years security/compliance experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-4pm)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Familiarity with federal regulations (CFR, DHS directives)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
