Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) across all departmental activities
- Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed assessment reports
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory interpretation and policy updates
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and corrective actions
- Represent the department during internal and external compliance reviews
- Monitor emerging regulatory changes and recommend policy adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal compliance or regulatory affairs
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
