Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal regulatory changes (CFR, FAR, DFARS)
- Conduct compliance audits across departmental operations
- Develop and implement compliance training programs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with OMB and GSA on regulatory matters
- Manage vendor compliance documentation
- Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (FAR, DFARS)
- Certified Federal Compliance Officer (CFCO) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GSA acquisition regulations
- Experience with GSA Advantage and eBuy systems
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
