Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal regulatory changes affecting VA operations in Georgia
- Conduct comprehensive audits of agency programs to ensure compliance with 38 CFR and OMB directives
- Develop standardized compliance protocols for 15+ regional facilities
- Coordinate with DOJ and IG offices on regulatory investigations
- Train 50+ staff annually on federal compliance requirements
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for Congressional oversight committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal compliance experience with SF-50 documentation
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grants management
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CFCP, CCEP) required
