Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal regulations (CFR, FAR, DFARS) for program compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across agency operations
- Develop compliance training materials for 200+ federal employees
- Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory updates and policy changes
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Lead cross-functional task forces for regulatory implementation
- Maintain audit trails and documentation per federal record-keeping standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven compliance reporting experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFCM) highly valued
