Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) across all procurement processes
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for veteran service programs
- Develop and implement compliance training materials for departmental staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and audit trails
- Stay current with evolving federal policies and regulatory changes
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or auditing experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and eBuy procurement systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR Part 15 and DFARS compliance requirements
- Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
