Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with federal statutes (VA, HIPAA, OMB) across healthcare operations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for facility protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience
- VA-specific regulatory knowledge (38 CFR, VHA directives)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
