- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Stay current with evolving federal legislation and guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance or auditing experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., FedRAMP, SAM.gov)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFCM) preferred
