Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance standards across Illinois-based operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal/state regulatory compliance
- Active DHS security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., Relativity, OnBase)
- Strong knowledge of CFR Title 44 and Illinois state regulations
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
