Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across DHS operations in Michigan
- Conduct comprehensive audits of security protocols and immigration procedures
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for federal personnel
- Collaborate with ICE, CBP, and TSA on security initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on evolving federal regulations and policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, DHS directives)
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
