Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal regulatory changes across healthcare operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance risk assessments

- Stay current with VA/FDA/HIPAA regulations through continuous research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in federal or regulated healthcare
- VA/FDA/HIPAA certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
