Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) across DoD contracts
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for naval installations
- Develop mitigation plans for regulatory violations and process gaps
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance documentation and reporting
- Train staff on federal procurement protocols and security requirements
- Monitor policy changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- 5+ years federal compliance experience (DoD preferred)
- Expertise in FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) or equivalent
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance if required
