Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve federal compliance violations across Cleveland metropolitan area
- Coordinate with local agencies and federal partners on enforcement actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Develop training programs for federal employees on regulatory requirements
- Conduct on-site audits of federally funded organizations
- Respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests within statutory deadlines
- Testify as expert witness in federal proceedings
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance/regulatory experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FAR)
- Advanced knowledge of Ohio state-federal jurisdictional protocols
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) designation preferred
- Experience with federal grant management systems
