Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare regulations for compliance gaps
- Conduct program audits and recommend corrective actions
- Develop training materials for staff on policy updates
- Collaborate with DOJ and CMS on enforcement initiatives
- Prepare congressional briefings and compliance reports
- Lead cross-agency compliance task force meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years federal regulatory compliance experience
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA regulations
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau)
