Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal immigration compliance protocols across South Texas
- Conduct thorough audits of detention facilities and processing centers
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on joint operations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Train personnel on updated federal regulations and procedures
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with congressional offices regarding policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or law enforcement experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expert knowledge of federal immigration laws (INA, CFR)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
