Responsibilities
- Oversee the secure intake, digitization, and archiving of federal classified and unclassified documents on weekends.
- Conduct thorough compliance audits and site visits during weekend shifts to verify adherence to federal safety and administrative protocols.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate and submit weekly compliance reports to federal oversight agencies.
- Collaborate closely with federal agents and internal support teams to resolve urgent documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all government security clearance requirements and data privacy laws.
- Assist in training junior staff on proper federal record-keeping procedures and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret or Top Secret clearance (or willing to undergo processing).
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or federal compliance work.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if necessary.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
