Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance protocols across weekend operations
- Conduct security screenings and access control procedures
- Prepare detailed weekend activity reports for federal oversight
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during weekend operations
- Maintain classified documentation with 100% accuracy
- Train weekend staff on federal regulatory updates
- Respond to emergency incidents per federal response protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years federal compliance experience
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Proficiency in federal documentation systems (e.g., FISMA, FERC)
- Valid NC driver's license
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance if not already held
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience with weekend shift protocols preferred
