Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and access control at federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents with federal protocols
- Screen personnel and packages according to TSA/DHS standards
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security regulations (FIPS, PII handling)
- Conduct routine equipment checks and system diagnostics
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays without exception
- Proficient in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification preferred
