Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits claims with 99.5% accuracy per federal guidelines
- Manage weekend patient intake and emergency triage protocols
- Maintain secure federal documentation systems (VA-VistA, EHR)
- Coordinate cross-agency weekend operations with DHS and Social Security
- Conduct weekend facility security audits and compliance checks
- Support telehealth services for rural veterans during weekend hours
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required for federal clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
