Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate federal contracts, including Statements of Work (SOW) and Task Orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal company policies.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from proposal submission to final close-out and invoicing.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve contract issues and mitigate risks.
- Prepare accurate monthly progress reports and compliance documentation.
- Maintain organized contract files and ensure data accuracy in our CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or federal procurement.
- Deep knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agency-specific acquisition policies.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., ContractWorks, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
