Responsibilities
- Manage and track contract deliverables to ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency standards.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, including proposals, amendments, and modifications.
- Communicate effectively with federal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract performance, pricing, and compliance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly status reports for senior management.
- Conduct research on federal procurement policies and industry trends to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or federal contracting.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
