Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes for defense contracts valued up to $10M
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate with vendors, legal teams, and technical stakeholders
- Develop and negotiate contract terms and modifications
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in federal systems
- Support audits and contract performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or DAWIA Level II certification
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal acquisition systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Excellent written communication and negotiation abilities
