Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle federal procurements from solicitation to award
- Analyze vendor proposals for technical/price evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policies
- Coordinate with program offices to define requirements and specifications
- Develop and negotiate contract modifications and amendments
- Conduct market research to identify qualified vendors
- Maintain contract documentation in FPDS-NG system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal procurement experience with FAR compliance
- CPCM or DAWIA Level II Contracting certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills for complex proposal evaluation
- Proficiency with FPDS-NG and other federal systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
